missed out ssn number in payments and now i cant find the option to enter it

please if anyone can help me iv heard if i dont fill in the ssn number shopify will hold any payments when my website starts making money and now i cant find the option to fill in the ssn number it was there before when i clicked finish setting up payments but i didnt know my ssn number so i left it blank and saved it, where i thought i could come back and enter it once i found my ssn number and now i cant find it? any help much appreciated! also how do i find out my ssn number?
