Hi all,
I am setting up a shop that provides local delivery for orders over £x. All is good and the functionality is fine, however, the message the user gets if they don't meet the criteria is misleading, to say the least!
This order can’t be shipped to your location. Contact the store for more information.
We don’t offer shipping to United Kingdom.
I can see abandoned carts all over the place from this message and it's totally misleading! Is there any way this can be edited to make it more user friendly?

The translations to modify were "Checkout shipping errors shipping method not available generic" and "No rates for country notice".
So now the message actually make sense! Thank you.

You should be able to change in the "Edit Language" under "Online Store" -> "Edit" then under Checkout & System.
Look for "Address Country not supported". Let me know!

I am having the same exact problem somehow I missed the solution as you have pictured. Can you help me please?
My language is set at English but how should that affect anything. I ship to different countries but cant even purchase anything myself and I tried using two different receiving locations. What is happening I see so many others with this problem as well

The issue here was that the error text needed to be changed instead of fixing the error itself.
Your issue probably means that a Shipping Zone/Rate is not setup for a specific country matching the requirements. I suggest you create a new thread, I'll happily follow up on this with you!
Does this happen to all products? Or just the new ones? We'll get to the bottom of this don't you worry!

Oh sorry I meant weight on the Product, not the Shipping Methods, keep the Methods as is 🙂
I set up an automatic discount and I got this error. But I'm having trouble reproducing it.
