When selecting a plan in your admin, you're given multiple billing cycle options, including monthly, yearly, 2 years, or 3 years. Once you choose a plan, you're brought to a confirmation page that details the selected billing cycle, as well as the amount to be billed at the time of confirmation.
One benefit of the annual plan is that you save 10% on your subscription. If you'd prefer to be billed monthly instead of yearly, please contact our support team via the Shopify Help Center so we can assist you with adjusting the billing period.
