If the payout is marked as 'Pending' or 'Paid' and you haven't received the payment yet, you may need to confirm that the banking details are correct. Typically, it takes a few business days to receive a payout, but it certainly shouldn't take 30-40 days. You can contact Shopify Support via the Help Center for further assistance.
