Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am an admin on Shopify and for the last two months I have been charged $39.00 x2 a month. Please refund my other charges, Shopify makes it clear that it is a once paid monthly subscription why am I being charged twice if I have not met the threshold?

With that being said, you can get in touch with our live support by navigating to the Help Center. When you arrive at the Help Center, you will need to make the virtual assistant be aware that you would like to Speak with support and you will be connected with a Support Advisor accordingly.

I am only able to speak over the phone with support if I am on Shopify plus plan. Which I should be since I have been charged $160 over the course of two months.

You can check which subscription plan your Shopify store is using by navigating to Settings > Plan. At this moment, Shopify does not have a phone number to provide for support. If you have any questions or concerns about the charges that you have received from the Shopify platform - we will need to take a closer look into your account to advise further. It would be best to navigate to the Help Center as specified above to speak with our support about the situation.
