Monthly Payout Changed

We have had our payout schedule on a once a month payout for years.  Makes it easier for accounting with the one entry.  Now we are getting payouts everyday. We checked the settings and it is programed for once a month.  This daily payout is a pain having to make entries everyday in our QB system.  How can we stop it.

Any help?
