Multiple Payment Accounts

We have a client who carries 3 brands will have orders fulfilled individually by the 3 different brand fulfillment centers. Our client would like to connect their site to 3 payment accounts that each brand uniquely owns. Is it possible to identify a product to a payment account so when a customer checks out they would receive payment for the products sold of their brand and get notification to fulfill their portion of the order?
