Multiple Payments with Proper Reporting (Again)

Shopify Multiple Payments does not report accurately — it shows the full order amount as paid on Sales Reports even if it is only a partial payment. This makes partial payments virtually unusable if you do things like Track Sales or Pay Commissions.... it is frustrating to be re-addressing this shortcoming on an annual basis while the development effort seems to be spent on poor AI product descriptions.....

Multiple Payments are critical to high-value and custom businesses. Please address this...

Thank you for getting in touch and for outlining why this is an issue for your business. I can understand why the way these partially-paid orders are recorded creates difficulties from a reporting standpoint and I will be sure to submit your feedback to our development team for their consideration.
