Multiple payouts stuck on pending and a balance that cant be withdrawn?

I understand your payouts are still pending even though their payout dates have passed. Since this is the case, the best course of action is to contact our support team, as @Beulah002536 has suggested, so the team can access your account, investigate and provide information on why the payouts haven't been paid yet. I'm not able to look into the payouts because account-specific support isn't available in Shopify Community at this time, so you may go ahead and speak with our support team about this. Please visit https://shopify.link/o71x and log into your account to create a support ticket. After logging in, select Money > Shopify Payments and scroll down when you get to the next page to find the options for support.

I have the same issue and funds have not been transferred to my bank account since August! I’ve reported this multiple times to the support team and still it has not been resolved. Extremely frustrating. How can I escalate this issue?

I understand how important it is to receive your payouts so I would love to help you out. Before I do, I need to share that my support will be limited as we do not have the ability to securely access accounts on Shopify Community at this time. Nonetheless, I'll see what I can do on my end.

 

Can you please elaborate on your support interaction? Whenever you encounter an issue with payouts, reaching out to our support team is the best course of action. They are the ones who can escalate the matter to the relevant team. What was the advice shared to you by the support advisor your spoke with? Please include as many details as you can so I can investigate and feel free to share your ticket number here too.
