Multiple shipping methods not being displayed

No matter what I do with the shipping settings either my clients do not see a shipping method or there is a single shipping option displayed at checkout.

Under the "Shipping and Delivery" options I have a single Shipping From address with the option of "Domestic" and "International" zones. Under Domestic I want my clients to select which shipping method they preferred such as USPS Priority or First Class and for my international clients I have set multiple options for them as well.

No matter what the product is, the cost, or weight the only Shipping Method shown is USPS Priority (1 Business Day) for the amount of $14.75.

When I remove USPS Shipping method and only leave UPS then it shows that none of my products have available shipping.

I need my clients to be able to choose which method of shipping they prefer based on cost of time frame of their choice.

It's possible that some service options are not available for that customer's address, or that the order is exceeding restrictions on that method. For example, First Class Package and First Class Mail each have weight restrictions of less than 1 lb.

You may also want to check the package option you have selected in Shopify. While Shopify allows you to enter multiple package sizes, you can only select one as the default package. That means for every order, regardless of the actual products being ordered, Shopify will always use the default package. If that package exceeds any carrier size restrictions - or if the package + actual product weight exceed the carrier's dimensional shipping restrictions, certain service options may not be displayed. This may be why UPS rates are not showing at all, and you may want to check with them as well.
