Multiple shipping profiles

Hello
I am looking for an app that will let me create 2 shipping profiles.

Profile 1 products that I will charge postage on.

Profile 2 products that I will offer free postage on.

If a customer ordered an item from both profiles I need to be able to set it to offer free postage (set profile 2 as the option when both are chosen)

I use the Royal Mail integration and my orders are auto synced to Royal Mail for printing. 
I need an app that won’t effect this.

@Larkin01, our Calcurates app can help solve this even without multiple shipping profiles in your Shopify admin. There is a Table Rates feature where you can apply different rates to certain product types grouped by product tags, vendors, collections, SKUs or even metafields. For mixed cart cases (multiple product groups in cart) you may whether sum up individual group rates or apply lowest / highest rate to the entire cart. In your case "lowest rate" will apply free postage if there are Group 2 products in cart.

Royal Mail rates can be configured with Table Rates too, we have completed multiple RM rates configurations for our UK clients.

The app doesn't touch your label generation process anyhow, it deals only with shipping methods and rates at checkout.

Achieving this scenario may not be possible with the default Shopify shipping profiles, where in a mixed cart situation, the cheapest shipping option from both profiles is automatically summed and shown at checkout.

You might want to consider solutions that allow for shipping rule configuration based on Product Type. Our Multi-Carrier Shipping Label app includes the ability to create custom rules based on Product Type. Additionally, we have a Royal Mail rate table readily configured, which could help you manage this flow effectively.
