Multiple Stores - Bank Payment Question

Hello, 

We are in the process of building a Shopify Store, we need two, one for Euro and one for USD. 

Our USD bank account is based in Ireland, if we connect this account to our USD store, is Shopify going to deposit payments in Euro based on the bank accounts address?
