We ship to US and Canada, we did have the option for postal mail to Canada but it is not showing up and we did have the option for postal mail in the US but it is now not showing up

If you're using Shopify Shipping with supported carriers, please contact Shopify Support, as you may not have full control over the shipping options. Shopify Shipping has regional restrictions based on carriers, so it's best to check with their team and provide relevant screenshots.
