my fulfillment costs are higher then the "Shopify costs" and now I'm losing money

someone bought an item off my shop and paid 10 dollars with 4 dollars shipping. the Shopify costs were around 9 dollars. I needed to pay 18 dollars for fulfillment? why?

Do you run a Dropshipping Store? If YES, it means you did not add your profit to the Price of the product before adding it to your store
