My payout has been pauzed for 3 weeks ongoing..

Hi there,

In december 2023 I sold 250 items on my shop, generated around 18k revenue and it was instantly paid out.

Im an influencer in the netherlands and besides my influencer job, I sell clothing ONCE a year.

This year around I decided to sell hats, My shop has been inactive since december 2023 (last time i sold something). So all I did was pay for shopify  again and went and sold the 500 hats. they sold out in 2 minutes.

Right now it says: 

Your Shopify Payments account is pending and needs to be verified. The review should be completed within two business days, and we'll get back to you if we need more information. Your customers will still be able to check out while your payouts are paused.

Yet here we are 3 weeks later, no communication from shopify, all the live chat tells me is to be patient.

My real life bank is still connected as the way of payout, and im getting desperate.

Can someone help me out?
