My payout is pauzed

Im an influencer and once a year I sell arround 500 items. either hoodies or mousepads. this time I sold caps.

500 caps sold out in 2 minutes. the money has since 2 weeks been on hold. with the message: 

Your Shopify Payments account is pending and needs to be verified. The review should be completed within two business days, and we’ll contact you if we need more information. Your customers can still check out while your payouts are paused.

it has been 20 bussiness days instead of 2. 

am i ever gonna get my money? i sold 500 hats, all the people have got their orders delivered.
