Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
my orders say fulfill by tomorrow although my orders will take 2 weeks to be produced before I can send them.
should I press hold fulfill? Fulfill or what’s next?

You must let your customer know regarding that fulfillment before they purchase, so they do not expect your product to arrive sooner. I would suggest to put that in your product page.
You can also add a processing time in your store.
1. In your Admin page, click the Settings on your bottom left hand corner, go to Shipping and delivery. Add the Processing time information.
You can read more information about processing time here
Maximum processing time is 2 days on settings processing time and can not be changed further. I have a note about 2 week production process already and delivery estimate app too.
what I don’t know is what to do now as it does say fulfill by tomorrow when the order it’s at the manufacture already

Shopify might have to add options for this, but I do agree. This will be a little confusing. I would suggest to talk to Shopify customer service for this so they will know and can possibly add this feature.
Honestly, I am not sure what will happen if you do not fulfill in two days. I would ask Shopify customer service to avoid financial risk.
