My shop has just suddenly stopped charging shipping rates

Hello,

 

I have just noticed that my shop has just stopped charging shipping rates when orders have come in.  I have checked my shipping zones etc and all should be fine. Everything was fine on Sunday.  Nothing has changed since then but all orders since Sunday have come through without charging shipping.

Shipping depend on many factors.

1) Can you please make sure your products are physicals? 

2) Do not activated free automatic shipping discount?
3) Are you using any app?

@TheLinenGarden Please check your Shipping configuration are setup correctly

 

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.

If you have recently installed or updated any apps, it is possible that there is a conflict causing issues with your shipping rates. Try disabling any recently installed apps to see if this resolves the issue. Also, place a test order on your store to see if the issue persists. This will help you determine if the issue is isolated to a specific product or shipping zone.
