I have just noticed that my shop has just stopped charging shipping rates when orders have come in. I have checked my shipping zones etc and all should be fine. Everything was fine on Sunday. Nothing has changed since then but all orders since Sunday have come through without charging shipping.

From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Shipping and delivery.
