My Shopify Payments account is on hold, but I have not received an email and I can't contact support

I've read threads saying they are supposed to email me about verification, but I never received the email.

I also see links to chat with support, but after being prompted to log into my store, I'm directed back to community. 

What is the solution? How do I contact chat support??
