My shopify payments are on hold for 6 months!!!!

Hello. My shopify payments are on hold for 6 months.

Check Your Email & Respond to Requests - I did, and I answered every time. No response.

Admin Notifications - None.

Contact Shopify Support - I did. Over 13 opened tickets and escalated... NOTHING. 

Nothing works...

I'm in this situation for 6 months by now...

I am sending orders and don't receive my money...

It's so frustrating... After I make my own products, promote, pack, ship, I don't see any money! While I am charged every month for my precious subscription. Unbelievable! Over 13 tickets opened, answered their emails every time but without any solving. HEEEELP!!!!!!????
