My Shopify payout balance is zero after getting an order thru TikTok shop

Hello, I received orders on march 21 and so on but my Shopify payout balance is zero dollars. How can I get my payment?

If the customer made the order on TikTok Shop then the payout would be there, not Shopify.

If they paid you on Shopify, then check the order timeline and your payout details, you'll likely find the answer there.
