my store is currently unavailable

My Shopify store is suddenly unavailable after I purchased the Basic package, I plan to launch my store this month. It is very very urgent for me, there are lots of tasks in schedule. 

I customized the theme, added products, everything Looks perfect. But now I can't login! Please help me. My ticket is edited

When this error occurs, your store will need to be escalated for further review. Escalations can typically take between 24-72 business hours; however, there may be a delay in hearing back as our teams may be handling a larger than usual ticket load. Nevertheless, you will receive an update as soon as our teams have reviewed your ticket.

For security reasons, I have edited out the ticket number from your reply.

This shit happened to me also.They also stopped my account as i received the sale. Now they are asking me to wait for 72 hours. Can you please update on your issue that it is solved now or not and what happened after that , Thanks
