Are you trying to launch your store and make it accessible for customers perhaps? If so, after you have completed the various steps on this checklist here such as choosing a plan, customizing your store, setting up a payment gateway and adding shipping options, you just need to disable your password page so that your store is essentially live and accesible. Perhaps you mean that there are some issues with your Shopify account or store, and you are unable to access things like your Shopify admin? If so, it's worth checking your emails to see if you received anything in relation to this. If not, then feel free to contact our support team directly and we can examine what might be happening.
