My store is suspened while update my billing information

My 2 year old store suspended without any reason. Today I'm update my card in billing section card is not accepted and suddenly my store is suspended. I'm too much worried about that.  Plz help me to solve this issue.

How much time is required to solve the problem?
While chatting with the shopify support they have limited access to the
store.
They chat with me the same word again and again last night
" please check on your email from time to time as the accounts team will be
coordinating with you via email"

My problem still not solved. No response from shopify support team in email. How can you solve my issue ?

I can understand how important this is for you to get resolved. I cannot give a lead time for when you will hear back - I know that is not the answer you are looking for. The queue is ordered chronologically and by priority, and they are aware of how important this is. Hold tight and keep an eye out for any emails in the meantime.
