I need to launch my website now! but, my product does not have an add to cart button and the pay button is not working. I tried everything i could.

Hi there, @user12345678987. Thanks for bringing this button situation to the Shopify Community. I know that you're eager to have this issue looked into, so I'm hoping we can make some headway here to together on getting things resolved.

 

Situations like this, where buttons are broken or are not appearing in your theme, usually suggest that there's some broken coding within your theme for these buttons. It's difficult for me to say this for sure since I cannot access your store via the Community, but I have a few questions I'm hoping you can answer that can help us confirm if this is the case or not:

 

  • Can you tell us what theme you're using in your store?
  • Can you tell us where you downloaded this theme from, or if it came included in your store?
  • Are you currently on the Free Trial plan?
  • When did you first notice that this was happening?
  • Have you recently made any coding changes to your theme? Have you installed any applications recently to your store?
