my website is saying EUR but i have a norwegian store and want NOK on it
And I already managed to change it on the backend

Can you confirm if you've set your store currency as NOK within Settings > Store details > Store currency section of your Shopify admin? Feel free to reply to this thread with a screenshot showing this.
It'll also help if you can reply with a link to your website, so that we can take a look at your storefront to see if we'll see the EUR currency too on our end. That'll help us figure out what your next best steps will be from there, to continue troubleshooting this matter.

Can confirm an issue with Norway (NOK).
My US-based store sells to Norway as an international market (combined with the rest of Western Europe with Euro as a "base currency" but set to convert and show local currencies within that market).
For some reason it's showing Euro to Norwegian visitors rather than NOK.
The store is correctly showing local currencies to Sweden (SEK), Denmark (DKK), Switzerland (CHF), etc., but just failing for Norway (showing EUR for some reason). They're all configured identically.
Maybe some bug for Norway in Shopify's system?

For your case, seeing as your store is based in the US, I assume your store's default currency is USD, is that correct?
If so, based on the configuration you've explained for your international markets, specifically using Euro as a base currency and opting to show local currencies within that market, it's expected behaviour that NOK isn't showing on the storefront but is instead showing EUR.
The reason for this is because NOK is included within our system's volatile currencies list. For countries within this list, when they're included in a multi-country market with local currencies enabled, it won't have that currency appear on the storefront. So if you'd like to enable selling in that currency, you'll need to create a separate and standalone single-currency market for that country, in this case, Norway. You can find more information about this in our help guide here.
Once you've created a single-currency market for Norway within your Markets settings, feel free to test out your storefront and checkout to ensure that NOK is now showing instead of EUR.

Feature idea:
In Settings: Markets: [Market]: Products and Pricing... under the checkbox that says "Show prices to customers in their local currency", Shopify should pop an automatic alert box (if any currencies in a multi-country market are on the "volatile" list) explaining that they won't be included/converted for this reason, with a link to your volatile currencies page.
