Need a shipping cost estimate to determine if my e-commerce idea will work

Before I start my e-commerce business I need to know if it will be affordable to ship a 16 pound box from coast to coast. For example : 16 pound box dimensions 10"X12"X6" ship from Hallowell, Maine at 04347 zip to Walla Wall WA zip 99362. That would be the maximum distance that I would ship. 

I need to know the best rate you have. If it is too high it will not be worth starting this business.
