Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I'm in the process of setting up a new bank account, just for my online store. I'm in the USA, and using Shopify Payments. Since I anticipate we will be issuing refunds, Shopify may need to withdraw funds from the bank account in order to issue refunds (only in cases when there aren't enough funds in the Shopify balance).
My bank is telling me that to allow this, I need the originating ACH company ID for Shopify. This is the ID Shopify would use to originate ACH debits. The bank wants this so they can set up a filter so that only Shopify can originate a ACH direct debit.
Where can I find Shopify's ACH company ID?
I'm looking for the same thing to submit to my bank. Did you have any luck finding Shopifys ACH Company ID?
Hello,
Were you able to find the ID #? or was there another way around this?
thank you,
I have the same question.
It shouldn't be difficult for Shopify to provide. Nobody from Shopify seems to monitor the Community Boards and pay attention.
So the ACH company IDs used by (shopify) Stripe for ACH transactions are 1800948598
