Hi, @Slug444.

 

It looks like you only have one country available to select from the shipping address section on checkout, is that correct?

 

If this is the case, and because we can see from your shipping settings screenshot that you've enabled shipping rates for more than one country, you'll need to make sure that you have the corresponding market activated in Settings > Market on your Shopify admin. If a region you'd like to sell to isn't currently active, you can click Manage > Activate market for the market you'd like to activate. This should then also activate the region within your store's shipping options on checkout. You can find more information about this on our help guide here.

 

Great to see that you're selling internationally on your store! Have you also localised your store by offering international customers the option to browse in their local currency and language? This will help provide a more positive shopping experience for your overseas customers, as well as help build your reputation as an international brand.
