Need Help Configuring Shipping Settings in Shopify for Visa Payments

How can I adjust the shipping settings in Shopify so that items can be transferred to the shipping company after selecting payment by Visa card? I have an issue with this and would like to know the correct steps to configure the settings properly. Thank you in advance for your assistance!
