Need help!! My staff can not access payment information

Hi,

I need to have my virtual assistant management payment information for Paypal. However, the Shopify staff account he has does not give him such permissions. 

We tried logging into my owner account through his computer, but Shopify just doesn't let him log in as me on the admin page.

Please et me know!

Thank you for reaching out! Staff permissions can provide various levels of access to parts of the Shopify admin, but some features remain limited to the Account Owner. Listed below are the actions only available to the Account Owner:

 

  • Change Pricing Plans
  • Update Billing Information
  • Manage Payment Options
  • Access Shopify Capital Settings
  • Choose a new Store Owner
  • List your Store on the Exchange Marketplace

Due to this, the staff member can be given access to view billing and/or payments, but will not have access to making changes. For further insight on staff permissions, you can look to our Description of Staff Permissions document.
