Need help restarting the verify process to receive payments from Shopify

I'm trying to upload my ID documents to verify my account in order to receive payments.

 

However, the process was already started by my former colleague, who is no longer is involved in the business. But, their application is still pending on the system and i don't know how to delete it, in order to start a new one with my details. 

 

Any help would be appreciated

In this case, I would advise reaching out to our live support team. They will be able to liaise with the Payment team who can determine what the best next steps here would be. 

Our live support via phone, chat or email can be reached via our support portal here. Simply type your query into the "ask about a topic" bar, then hit continue to support to access. Here's a video showing the steps in action.
