Need help setting up carrier calculated shipping

Hello, I chose the annual plan, but i need to set up carrier calculated shipping now. My store is based in the Netherlands. Can you do this for me today?

Hi @Sandra45MJ,

Since you have chosen the annual plan, you will get the carrier-calculated rates feature for free along with the plan. You can look into this guide for more info: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/setting-up-and-managing-your-shipping/enabling-shipping-... 

To enable it in your store, you have to contact Shopify support. (You can contact via chat to get a faster response)

Thanks. How do I contact them via chat? I keep getting referred back to Shopify Community, and customer service on Facebook has also referred me here.
