Hello, I chose the annual plan, but i need to set up carrier calculated shipping now. My store is based in the Netherlands. Can you do this for me today?

To enable it in your store, you have to contact Shopify support. (You can contact via chat to get a faster response)
Thanks. How do I contact them via chat? I keep getting referred back to Shopify Community, and customer service on Facebook has also referred me here.
