Need Payment Option Removed from Checkouts

Hello,

I am no longer offering a specific payment method. The vendor did the initial integration and the app is on Shopify's platform. Although I have removed the app, the payment option still appears in checkout. I need someone to remove it from checkout.  If you can assist please contact me privately. I can provide more details.

Heddy from Gameball here. 

If you've already removed the app but the payment method is still showing up, it might be lingering in your Shopify settings. Sometimes, just uninstalling the app doesn’t fully disconnect the payment gateway.

You can try going into your Shopify Admin, heading to Settings > Payments, and checking if the payment method is still listed there. If it is, you should be able to disable or delete it from that section.

If you’ve already done that and it’s still an issue, you might need to dig into your theme’s code or reach out to Shopify Support directly for a more thorough fix. If you're not comfortable doing this yourself, it’s a good idea to get in touch with a Shopify expert who can help you out quickly.
