Need recommendations for Swish integration and checkout page customization?

Hi community,

my business is based in Sweden and I am trying to integrate swish as payment option.

I found a few external providers that supports swish and I have 2 questions:

1. Which one would you recommend?

2. In the checkout page, when an external payment provider is selected (i.e. klarna or swish) a dialog box is displayed to inform the customer that will be redirected to the payment provider page. Does someone know if it is possible to remove this dialog box?

• Shopify Plus stores can customize checkouts in some ways, per:  https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/checkout-settings/checkout-extensibility
• Another idea is to change the text of that box, but note that affects all alternative payment methods, e.g. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/markets/languages

Hi, @MaBa and @cemberku. I won't have information on the best external provider to use, but I can share more information on customizing the checkout. As mentioned, there are some customization options you have for the Shopify checkout. You can learn about them here. It's not possible to edit the checkout beyond what's explained in that guide. That being said, I wouldn't recommend removing the dialog box explaining to customers that the page will be redirected to another page to complete the payment. This note can prevent confusion and provide clarity to your customers on the next steps of the payment process.

I added Klarna for swish but still could not use swish payment method. And I can not use Apple pay option either.
