Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I accidentally shipped two projectors to this location instead and need to make arrangements to have them picked up and delivered to the correct address. They were signed for by Dallas in shipping and receiving. Thank you!

Welcome to the Shopify community forums! Was this projector fulfilled using Shopify Fulfillment networks? If yes, you can access support directly from within your SFN app that was provided to you.
Otherwise, you will need to contact the fulfillment warehouse directly as this is not something we would be able to assist with in the community forums.

How do I contact the warehouse? Shopify was not used to fulfill this order. I need help, as it is very difficult to contact anyone in your organization.

What is the company you used to fulfill this item? Shopify does have its own fulfillment network called Shopify Fulfillment, but other than that all other fulfillment services are entirely independent.
Did you use a dropshipping app or service? Even if you connected to this provider through our app store, their business and fulfillment services are entirely their own and outside of Shopify.

Not sure if you can access the email that I sent with ALL the information I sent. Essentially, I sent 2 projectors that were going for repair and I accidentally had UPS deliver them to your office in San Francisco. All I am trying to do is talk to someone there to have UPS pick them up and deliver them to the correct location, but it is being IMPOSSIBLE to do this! Am I really going to have to get on a plane and show up at your office across the country to be able to get my projectors back???
I am not able to access open tickets as I am not able to authenticate merchant accounts through our community. I can only stress again that Shopify offers Shopify Fulfillment Network, which can be contacted through your SFN App on your mobile device. If this product was shipped using any other fulfillment service, Shopify is not able to help with that.
You noted "...had UPS deliver them to your office in San Francisco".
This would not be Shopify's office and we wouldn't have any insight into that delivery or the location it was being sent to. These community forums are for Shopify's merchant platform. You would not be able to contact customer care for the fulfillment service you used through our community here. You need to contact that office you delivered this item to directly or the fulfillment provider you used to ship it.
