Need to reach Shopify support or be contacted

Hello! I quickly created this account as I am unable to access my main account. I am continuing to be charged $39 every month and I am unable to log in to shut down the store or do anything else. I would like someone to unlock my account or just shut everything down for me. My main account is nottinghamc9@gmail.com and I can be reached there .

It is an Authenticator issue. It wants me to log in using authentication or recovery Code and I no longer have access to authentication
