Need to show just one shipping method on checkout page as Standard Shipping

Hey we offer free shipping All over India on Prepaid and Cash on Delivery. So we have installed Cash on Delivery App by Shopify. As both modes of shipping is free there is no need of having 2 method as Standard Shipping ( Prepaid ) and Cash on Delivery ( Free Shipping ). I have different permutation and combination but I am not able to set just one standard shipping tab. Please help.

If you don't need to charge an additional fee for COD you don't need to use the Advanced Cash On Delivery app by Shopify, you can just keep the COD option enabled on the payments page at checkout and then have only a Standard shipping method on your Shipping rates Settings in Shopify

In India there is No way one can enable Cash On delivery without Advance cash on delivery app by Shopify. I am doubtful, please help.

Another solution could be to use a third-party shipping app which gives you a bit more control over the options and rates your customers see at checkout. There are a few apps available directly in the Shopify App Store, like Starshipit.
