Need to Update Banking Account Info and cannot reach support team

Hello,

 

My account may have been compromised and we have added two factor to our shopify account as a deterrent for the monet. However I am in urgent need of updating my banking info on my shopify account and your website does not have ANYH DIRECT SUPPORT. What are my option sand can someone reach out to me as soon as possible.

You made the right decision to enable 2FA on your account to ensure the safety of your business. In terms of updating your banking information, are you seeing issues when trying to update it in Settings/Payment Providers? If it is asking you for your old account information, you will want to use an old statement or contact your bank to ensure you're entering the information correctly. If you're still having issues after that, then reaching out to our Support would be the next step as we'll need to escalate your request to our Accounts team for further review.
