Thank you for your question.

 

If your credit card number changes, then make sure that you update it in your Shopify account.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to your Billing page:

    • United States: From your Shopify admin, go to Finances > Billing.
    • All other countries: From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Billing.
  2. In the Payment methods section, do either of the following:

    • If a credit card is the only available payment method, then click Replace credit card.
    • If multiple payment methods are available, click the ... button beside the payment method that you want to change, and then click Replace.
  3. Enter the required information.

  4. Click Replace credit card.

Hey, @masakimatsuka!

 

Are you able to log in to your store? If so, you can update your credit with the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin as the account owner.
  2. In your Shopify admin, go to Finances > Billing or Settings > Billing.
  3. In the Payment methods section, do either of the following:
    • If credit card is the only available payment method, then click Replace credit card.
    • If multiple payment methods are available, click the ... button beside the payment method that you want to change, and then click Replace.
  4. Enter the required information.
  5. Click Replace credit card.

 

If your store is frozen and you're unable to login to your store, you can follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin as the account owner.
  2. Select Pick a plan.

  3. Choose a plan, then enter the updated credit card details.
