Needing to change payout account

Hello,  

 

I just regained access to my shopify account and need to update my banking information for payouts because my old bank account was closed.  I do not have access to that old number in order to change the new account information.  Please help.

I still have not heard back from anyone on this matter. This there a
status update that you can provide? My payout section is saying the payment
is in a “paid” status yet I was told it would be put on hold and I have no
idea where my money is. Please help!
