Network International Payment gateway supported for UAE?

Hi,

Is "Network International" supported as a payment gateway for the store?

I went through the list of payment gateways for UAE at: https://www.shopify.com/payment-gateways, however could not find one.

If I need to configure "Network International" would that be as an Third-Party payment gateway and I would need to pay transaction fees?

Will I need to pay the transaction Fees when I configure Network International as a payment gateway?

As per payments doc - (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/third-party-providers) anything that's not listed on https://www.shopify.com/payment-gateways will be a third-party payment provider.
