New company seeking to open shopify payment

Dears, we are considering to open an ecommerce on shopify.

The owner of the company previously had a shopify account with a different company. In that company they still owe some funds to Shopify Capital.

Question: Is it possible to open Shopify Payment with the new company or we will face trouble due to the outstanding debt with the old company?
