Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I received my first store purchase today and I noticed that the free shipping rate was not working. The store uses print on demand through printful, but we are not using the printful rates provided. Instead we created shipping zones and assigned a new free shipping rate to each zone before hand, but for some reason it's not actualising. I refreshed the data on Prinfuls side. I also contacted their customer service, but the problem seams to be on Shopify's end. How do I solve this problem before another customer purchase? Please help!

Maybe you just have to add all your products to the profile you created. This has recently been changed by Shopify I think.
