New store payouts on hold

Hi my name is Zion Bradford and I opened my store a day before Black Friday! It said that everything is fine so I posted it and told my customers that we now have a new website! .. Shopify sent us an email ON BLACK FRIDAY AS WE ARE RECEIVING ORDERS that we need to send documents in obviously because of all the money that was coming through! We have sent in those documents that SAME DAY! And our payments are STILL ON HOLD and every single day I talk to the “Shopify chat”to see when it will be lifted! &  today they tell me that our payments are still on hold because of fillfillment but how can we fulfill anything if you guys didn’t even give us a CHANCE to you guys literally put a hold on our new store before we are even able to ship our orders?!???? We haven’t gotten any money to SHIP OUT ORDERS! I am a BROKE college student that owns a kiosk ITS VERY EXPENSIVE AROUND THIS TIME AAND I thought Shopify would be a great option to start our online selling soap business! We have over 52 orders on here and we haven’t been able to ship anything out because we have 0 MONEY TO SHIP THE ITEMS WITH!!!!!!!!!! I would’ve went to another freaking company if I knew it was going to be this hard to get my money off to ship my paying customers their items! PLEASE FIX THIS ITS BEEN 2 FREAKING WEEEEKS! Every day I talk to the chat and you guys keep saying the same thing I’ve already received my business debit card through you guys did the pay outs please help me! This money is going to help me with school payments as well we have the soaps and oils and lotions my family owns a farm! I make everything fresh to order pleas help!
