'Next Payout' button missing on home screen?

Hi There,

Our 'Next Payout' button has been removed from the home screen, how do we get it back? 

Have tried...

• Checking user permissions (everything is ticked)
• Have cleared cache/cookies and logged back in
• Have checked/disabled all extensions (there were none)
• Tried Chrome Incognito mode
• Tried logging in via different browsers (Safari and Firefox)

See attached, that button is now missing for some reason?

How do we get it back? We use it every day!

This is happening for my accounts person/user as well, but I am the owner/dev account that created the site and I have it visible still. Waiting for a reason or fix too. Thanks

Yes, the same situation for us - I can see the button! But others cannot.

Hi - we had this exact problem today and on contacting Shopify we were told that following a recent update only the main admin account can see this button but logged in 'Staff' accounts can not. They said they would push this concern through to their developers, frustrating as we have Staff that need to use this shortcut!

Thanks for that. We're both owners but because you can only have one owner, the person who needs and uses this shortcut now doesn't have access - painful.

We HATE the way Shopify is constantly removing stuff. They recently removed the 'price override' discount in POS - we use it every market, expo and pop-sale.

Business is hard enough without your foundation software being a constant moving target.

How else does one access the Payouts and export them if this is just a "shortcut"?

@AdamWSD Great question, it's painful which is why the shortcut was so useful.

1. Login to your Shopify account
2. Click 'Settings' at the very bottom-left of the screen
3. Click 'Payments' on the left
4. Then click the 'Payouts' button
