No more carrier recognition during Fulfillment in Backoffice l Fr

Hello everyone,

 

We are coming to you because since our return from vacation we have noticed that the recognition of the tracking of La Poste in France tracking, whether it is numbers starting with 88XXX or registered letters in 1BXXX or shipments abroad LWXXX are no longer automatically recognized by Shopify.

 

According to support, a recent update has been made, however this affects our order processing time and adds a forcing step to our shipping team which is regrettable and problematic.

 

Shopify does not seem to take the problem seriously even though it knew that it worked well before, have you noticed this problem? Have you reported it as well?
