No 'Rest of World' selection for Create New Shipping Zone

I remember seeing the 'Rest of World' selection in the past when I would change or create new shipping zones. I have already created a shipping zone using UPS and USPS for the US shipping zone. I want to create one for the rest of the world and I can't seem to find the button for that. Instead it looks like I have to go select them one by one, and I am not doing that. Help is appreciated, thank you.

Ugh I have a new site.  I told people to just order off the old site.  How was this removed or are we overlooking something?

Came looking for this as well. They seem to have removed the option with the new "Markets" section. What gives?? I cannot possibly sit here and select 200+ regions one by one...

Hey everyone, just had the same issue. The solution is simply to collapse all the zones. So check the first box of"Africa" and collapse it.
Then the next, etc. Then it is only 6 checkboxes and 12 clicks in total 😉
