Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi Community,
I'm a new store owner and I'm using Eprolo as a supplier. I placed a test order in my store to test a newly intergrated payment gateway and it works seamlessly. The order was successfully placed and I sent a request for fulfillment to Eprolo, which has been on "Fulfillment in Progress" status for more than 48 hours now.
I'm aware that this is usually due to my Shipping and Delivery settings where I need to set up rates and make sure the address is correct but what would the reason to not have a Shipping method available be when this settings are correct in my store?
I also checked if Eprolo ships to my country, if they can only ship one product and the limitations that may be caused by product size and weight, and my order and product checks all the boxes. I would appreciate a prompt solution to this problem as it's affecting my ability to do business smoothly. Thank you.
